Ren was home-schooled and the third oldest of five siblings. She is of Serbian, Irish and German descent. She grew up in Santa Monica, and spent time living in Tokyo when she was 14.
Ren appeared in a series of advertisements for the mobile game, Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire.
She launched an activewear line called Ren Active.
